TSF Academy is a private soccer club operating a player pathway exposing players from under six through to senior level, to a more professional format of soccer training and competition. The goal is to develop and maximize the potential of players within the program, thereby cultivating a 'progressive' climate. The club is a member of the prestigious US Development Academy and has won 6 National Championships, 7 Regional Championships and 15 State Championships.
I was the club co-founder, responsible for creating, documenting and implementing the strategic vision for a vertically integrated club model. I identified required resources and key partners, built relationships, hired qualified administrative and coaching staff and subsequently directed the team to complete the necessary logistics to achieve success. I established a robust sales and marketing campaign to highlight the ongoing success with the objective to recruit more players, teams and ultimately customers to the club. By 2018, TSF Academy had won its first national championship, had grown to include 23 elite teams and more than 450 registered players, with over $1.2 M in revenues and whose internal programming requirements filled a large portion of the capacity of The Sports Factory, our sister facility company.
