A soccer coaching company formed in 1992 that provided the New Jersey soccer community with instructional services and programs including camps, clinics, team training, coaches education and international tours. The organization expanded to add a small soccer specialty retail and online store, selling footwear and apparel.
I founded the company, formulated business plans, financial strategies and oversaw the growth of the business that at its peak delivered annual soccer instruction services to 6,000 participants with revenues of $1.25 million.
I developed and directed an online marketing and sales campaign to promote products and services, completed financial agreements with clubs, facilities, and sponsors. To service the growth, I developed an international recruitment campaign and internal education program to locate, train, manage and direct staff that grew to twenty-two employees, personally processing all foreign visa applications.
