I created, and led a team that executed a strategic plan for the underperforming facility that by year three of my tenure attracted over 50,000 visitors annually, achieved a 98% customer satisfaction rating, attained a 75% annual customer return rate, brought over $6.25 M to the local economy and had established partnerships with local government, community businesses and sponsors. Clients included international and domestic professional teams, colleges, youth clubs and individual teams, high schools, camp, and tournament operators.
In 2018, Golden Goal was nominated for the Washington County Business of the Year Award and is now recognized by sports organizations domestically and internationally as the northeastern United States premier residential sports facility.
