An online platform designed to help clubs organize and simplify the college soccer recruitment process, by providing affiliated players and their families with online tools and information to help them communicate their academic and soccer backgrounds effectively to college coaches.
I formulated the electronic commerce business model, identified and recruited consultants to contribute platform content, resources, and expertise. I communicated ongoing business requirements to the technology team resulting in a completely automated online platform with an integrated Pay Pal processing system.
I planned and implemented an electronic marketing campaign to promote to youth soccer organizations and delivered complimentary education seminars to families of client clubs. Altogether, 32 youth soccer clubs utilized College Soccer Connector as their official recruitment partner subsequently providing membership to the platform to several thousand families.
